5 Ingredient Raw Bliss Balls* Gesunde Pralinen

Hallo Ihr Lieben, diese kleinen bliss balls sind so schnell gemacht und schmecken so lecker. Mit wenig Zutaten in paar Minuten gemacht. Schön auch als Geschenk.

1 Tasse Mandeln oder andere Nüsse
1 Tasse Datteln
1 EL Kakao Pulver (Rohkostqualität)
1/2 TL Vanille Extract
1 EL Bio Kokosöl (geschmolzen)

Alle Zutaten in einem Blender oder Küchenmaschine solange vermischen bis man eine feste Masse hat. Mit den Händen dann Kugeln formen, Im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.

*Topping: Meine habe ich in Kakao und Himbeerenpulver gewälzt oder mit Schokolade beträufeln (1 TL geschmolzenes Kokosöl, 1 TL Ahornsirup und 4 TL Kakaopulver)

Hello Lovlies, this chocolate almond Bliss Balls Recipe is the perfect recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth. These are delicious and so easy to make!

1 cup almonds or other nuts
1 cup dates
1 tbsp raw cacao or cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
1 tbsp melted coconut oil

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture is well combined and sticks together.
Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls and place in the fridge set and to store.

*Topping: Raw cacao powder & raspberry powder, drizzle with dark chocolate on the balls (simply mix 1 tsp melted coconut oil, 1 tsp maple syryp and 4 tsp raw cacao powder).

Mini Raw Mango Cheesecake

Hello Lovelies, I’m sorry that I haven’t posted anything in a while. I am working hard and guess I am a overworked. Every day is a battle and it does take real inner strength to carry on with life as normal.  Anyway it was definitely time to try out new recipes. Yesterday I finally made my first Raw Cheesecake and I´ll share my recipe with you.

For the Crust (18 cm pan):
1 1/2 cups grounded almonds
5 dates

Filling:
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 mango fruit
2 tsp maple syrup or agave
200 gr cashew nuts soaked in water for at least 5 hours, longer if using a normal blender
1 dash of vanilla powder

Blend all ingredients for the filling. Pour about 2/3 of the filling on top of the crust and smooth out with a spatula. Blend the fruit and the remaining filling until completely smooth again. Pour fruit filling on top of the plain filling, smooth out again, and freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer about half an hour before serving. Enjoy

Vegan Buffalo Mozzarella & Spicy Almond raw cheese

I am on holiday for the next three weeks. Today I started my day with a really delicious breakfast. Homemade Buffalo Mozarella with Cherry Tomato, Crispbread and spicy almond raw cheese and cucumber on top. The only thing what do you need is some special ingredients. I was busy the last weeks to order the stuff from some Online-Shops. I promise you – you will love it!  The original Recipe for the Buffalo Mozarella is from here (pls click). It’s so easy to make and it will impress everyone.

Recipe for the Spicy Almond raw Cheese

150 g ground almonds
4 cherry tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large pickled in garlic olive oil
1/2 clove of garlic
1 pinch of chili
approx. 100 ml of water

Add the Water with tomatoes, salt, olives, oil crushing (from olives) and the clove of garlic in a blender and blend until smooth . Now add 80100g of the almond flour and continue to blend until it is creamy.  Add the „cheese “ in a bowl with the remaining almonds Mix and chill. 

Good for 2-3 days in refrigerator
